Backstage Confessions - DIY-Day: The Day We Came Out

The "H1"sounded like it could collapse at any second, creaking and groaning under its own weight.

it's  a rolling locker room on wheels, reeking of warm beer mingled with cheap deodorant and a faint hint of sweat. “This isn’t a tour bus — it’s a torture chamber on wheels.” That line stuck ith us because it's no joke.

But it wasn’t just the uncomfortable conditions that made that time unforgettable. What truly lingered were the connections we built in every city we visited,  the road, those shared moments, raw and unfiltered, the fuel that kept us going.

Everything around us was sticky, shaky, and ear-piercingly loud.

For a fleeting second, we all turned to each other and just burst out laughing, the kind of laughter that only comes when you know you’re in too deep to back out.

We stumbled out of the van, trying to embody what we imagined would be our big rockstar moment, inhaling that mix of nerves and excitement.

Crowd reaction? Not quite what we’d envisioned: “Who are these people?”
Our inner monologue responded: “…Who even are we, really?” That was followed by an awkward silence you could practically trip over, a silence that seemed to stretch on forever.

And then the first note.
We played like the entire world was watching us, like this chaos was some sort of bizarre initiation ritual into a secret club only we knew about. Damn, she can scream! That sound pierced through the air and yanked the crowd’s attention.
By the end of it, the crowd wasn’t just watching anymore,,, yelling,,,cheering, clapping, egging us .. we went nuts.  Fully exposed and now officially out there, and there was no going back.
That was the day we ... came out... baptism  haha f**.

But the moment.. It was never just about us. It was about passing on our energy, that only live music can bring. The sheer excitement, hands reaching skyward, voices colliding and blending with ours its just F**n  spiritual, like we were all part of something bigger and the bands there are simply huge. It was a reminder that music isn’t just a collection of sounds,  it’s a bridge a feeling, an escape, a heartbeat that ties people together in the beauty of total chaos.

He77 yeah most definitely, no doubt about it! Holymoly, what did just happen,  over-excited and hyper, feeling everything all @ once, as if the world has exploded into vibrant color, bursting with energy and radiating life, like the festival of color we once attended n Utrecht, controled madness wauw.

We wanted the raw excitement never to end actually. The relentless drive to relive  every moment, and the unshakable belief that anything can happen. It’s about diving headfirst into the void,  breaking our barriers, and creating unforgettable experiences that leave a deep impression in our minds and hopefully in the  audiiance to. - S@nN3
